WooCommerce gets blamed for
bad builds.
The platform is rarely the problem. Twenty-two plugins doing the work of three, a page builder rendering half a megabyte of markup, and no design system underneath — that’s the problem.
“The site is slow and we don’t know why.”
Usually plugin sprawl plus an unoptimised theme. We audit what each one earns before anything gets rebuilt.
“Our pricing rules don’t fit a normal store.”
Tiered, per-customer or quote-based pricing is exactly where Woo beats hosted platforms. It needs building properly, not bolting on.
“Marketing can’t change anything without a developer.”
Custom blocks and templates, so the people who write the words can publish them.
“We’re on Woo but everyone says move to Shopify.”
Sometimes true, often not. We’ll tell you honestly, including when the answer costs us the bigger project.

Questions people ask before they call
Is WooCommerce slower than Shopify?
Not inherently. A well-built Woo store on decent hosting passes Core Web Vitals comfortably. Most slow Woo stores are slow because of plugin sprawl and page builders, both of which are fixable.
How much does a WooCommerce store cost?
Builds start at ₹4.5 lakh. Complex pricing, ERP integration or a very large catalogue push it up. Rescue projects on an existing store start at ₹2.5 lakh after an audit.
Do you use Elementor or WPBakery?
No. We build block-based themes. Page builders make the first month easier and every month after it harder — slower pages, locked-in markup, and a rebuild when you want to leave.
Can you take over a store another agency built?
Yes, and it’s a good chunk of our Woo work. We start with an audit so you know what you’ve inherited before committing to a scope.
Will you host it?
We’ll set up and configure hosting in your name with a provider we trust, and hand over the keys. We don’t resell hosting — it’s not a margin we want to be motivated by.
