Sound familiar?
An event is a brand
experience
with a deadline.
Most event agencies can run a room. Fewer can make the room look like your company — because the branding is subcontracted, arrives late, and doesn’t match the deck it was meant to support.
“Our event looks nothing like our brand.”
Signage, deck and registration site done by three suppliers with no system between them.
“The budget goes somewhere and nobody knows where.”
No line-item ownership. Ours is visible from the first week, including our own fee.
“Registration is chaos every single year.”
Usually the wrong platform, or the right one configured by someone who learned it that week.
“Nobody can tell us if it worked.”
Because success was never defined in a number before the doors opened.

Who this is for
A good fit if
✓ Your event carries the brand and it has to look like it
✓ You want one team for branding, technology and delivery
✓ You run the same event annually and want it to improve
✓ You need on-site people, not just a plan

Probably not if
✕ You need a venue booked and nothing else
✕ The event is next week
✕ There’s no budget line for branding or technology
✕ Success can’t be described in any measurable way

Questions people ask before they call
Who actually delivers the event?
AttendeeGain, our events company, founded out of the same studio. Same leadership, same standards, and a team who do this full time rather than as a sideline.
What size events do you handle?
From 50-person executive roundtables to conferences in the thousands. Above roughly 5,000 attendees we’ll be honest about needing a larger production partner alongside us.
Do you work internationally?
Yes — 50+ countries so far. Remote-managed with on-site staff sourced and briefed locally, which is usually cheaper and better than flying a full team in.
Can you just do the branding, not the whole event?
Yes. Event branding, signage and collateral is a common standalone scope for clients whose event agency handles the rest.
How do you charge?
A management fee against a transparent budget, with our fee visible as a line item. We don’t take undisclosed vendor commissions — it’s the fastest way for an event agency’s incentives to stop matching yours.
