Branding that earns its place in the business.

Positioning, identity and rebrands for B2B companies and D2C brands. We start with what has to be true about the business, then design the system that makes it obvious.

Nobody calls a branding agency because the logo is wrong.

They call because something in the business stopped working, and the brand is where it shows up first. These are the four we hear most.

“Our deck says one thing and our website says another.”

Three teams writing separately with no agreed position underneath. Fixed at the strategy stage, not by redesigning either one.

“We look smaller than we actually are.”

Usually a system problem, not a logo problem — inconsistent type, borrowed stock imagery, documents nobody templated.

“Sales rewrites the pitch for every deal.”

No messaging framework, so everyone invents their own. The cheapest thing on this list to fix.

“We’ve outgrown the name we started with.”

The classic rebrand trigger. The work is protecting what you’ve built while changing what you’re called.
Brand services
01

Brand strategy

The positioning, audience and promise everything else is built on. Research, competitor mapping, and a messaging framework sales will actually use.
02

Brand identity design

Logo, type, colour and the system that holds it together — tested on a product page and a pitch deck before it ships.
03

Rebranding

For companies whose story stopped matching the business. Migration planned so you don’t lose the equity you’ve built.
04

B2B branding

Built for long cycles and buying committees. Clarity that survives being forwarded to someone who’s never heard of you.
05

D2C branding

Shelf, feed and product page treated as one system. Made to move fast and hold up under paid traffic.
How a brand sprint runs

Five stages.

Six weeks.

Fixed scope per stage with a named date against each one. You see work at the end of every stage — there is no six-week silence followed by a reveal.
01

Discover

Interviews with your team and your customers. What the business actually sells.
02

Position

The claim you can defend, who it’s for, and the proof behind it.
03

Design

Identity routes shown in context — not on a moodboard.
04

System

Type, colour, layout, templates. The rules that keep it consistent.
05

B2B · Technology — positioning + identity + website

Outgrown
its own story.

Accurio had changed what it sold but not how it described itself, so every new deal opened with an explanation. We repositioned the company, built the identity around it, and put UX research behind the site.

Strategy to launch · Accurio

The branding was tied to the vision, not decoration on top of it.

In their words

A good fit if

✓ You have revenue and the brand is now the bottleneck
✓ You’ve grown past the story you launched with
✓ You sell to businesses and the cycle is long
✓ You’re launching D2C and want it right before you spend on ads
✓ One or two people can make the final call

Probably not if

You need a logo by Friday for under ₹25,000
You want to skip strategy and go straight to visuals
The decision goes to a committee of twelve
You want a design contest with ten routes
The real problem is the product, not how it’s described

Questions people ask before they call
A brand sprint runs four to six weeks: two weeks on strategy, two to three on identity, one on the system and rollout. Naming or packaging adds two to three weeks. You get named dates at kickoff, not a vague range.
A refresh keeps the strategy and updates how it looks. A rebrand changes what the company claims, who it’s for, or what it’s called — and the visuals follow. Most companies asking for a refresh need the first half of a rebrand; we’ll tell you which one you’re actually looking at on the first call.
Yes, as an add-on to the brand sprint. It runs in parallel with positioning and includes shortlisting, a trademark pre-screen with your lawyer, and domain and handle checks before we show you anything you could fall in love with.
More than for most D2C brands, because your buying cycle is long and involves people who never meet you. B2B branding is mostly about making a procurement committee comfortable and giving sales language they don’t rewrite for every deck.
Yes — that’s why the studio exists. Stop at the brand, or carry the same team through the Shopify or WooCommerce build and into Google Ads. Nothing gets translated by a third party.
You do, from day one — working files, fonts licensed in your name, the full asset library. We hand over documented and train your team to use it.
After the brand

Commerce

Turn it into a store that sells.

Shopify and WooCommerce builds designed around the buying decision, by the team that built the brand.

Growth

Put it in front of the right buyer.

Google Ads and Shopping run by the people who designed the page the click lands on.
