Sound familiar?
Most ad accounts aren’t broken.
The page is.
You can rewrite headlines and shuffle bids forever. If the landing page doesn’t answer what the ad promised, the money leaks at the same place it always did.
“Our CPA keeps climbing.”
Usually auction pressure meeting a page that hasn’t changed. Fixing the page is cheaper than outbidding everyone.
“PMax is a black box and we hate it.”
It is opaque, but it responds to feed quality and asset discipline. Both are controllable.
“The agency reports on impressions.”
Impressions are not a business outcome. One number gets agreed at the start and reported against monthly.
“Our conversions don’t match our sales data.”
Broken tracking, and more common than anyone admits. It’s the first thing we audit.
What’s included
Account audit
Structure, waste, and what tracking is lying about.
Search campaigns
Built on intent, not keyword volume.
Shopping & PMax
Feed-first, with asset groups that make sense.
Remarketing
Segmented by behaviour, capped sensibly.
Conversion tracking
GA4 and Ads reconciled to your backend.
Landing pages
Designed and built by us, not requested from you.
Feed management
Titles, attributes and exclusions, maintained.
Testing programme
Creative and page tests with a hypothesis.
Monthly reporting
One number, plus what we changed and why.
How it runs
First 90 days.
Then compounding.
Month one is repair and instrumentation. Month two is structure. From month three it’s iteration, which is where the returns actually come from.

D2C · Beauty — store redesign + Google Ads
Paying more
for every sale.
Ad costs were climbing and the store hadn’t changed in three years. We rebuilt the Shopify experience and the Shopping feed together, so the promise in the ad matched the page it landed on.

Questions people ask before they call
How much should we spend on Google Ads?
Below roughly ₹3 lakh a month, management fees eat too much of the budget for the arrangement to make sense — you’re usually better off with the one-off audit and running it yourself. Above that, the maths works.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. Flat monthly fee. Percentage-of-spend quietly rewards your agency for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive to build a relationship on.
Can you guarantee a ROAS?
No, and be careful with anyone who does before seeing your account, your margins and your site. What we do commit to is agreeing one number with you upfront and reporting against it honestly.
Do we need new landing pages?
Often, yes — and they’re included in the retainer. This is the main difference between us and a media-buying shop: we design and build the page rather than emailing you a list of recommendations.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do, always, in your name. If we part ways you keep the account, the history and the learnings. No hostage situations.
Can you do Meta and LinkedIn too?
We focus on Google — Search, Shopping and PMax — because that’s where intent lives and where we’re genuinely strong. For paid social we’ll happily recommend people we trust.
