Stop arguing about it. Ship a prototype

The slowest part of building software

is deciding what to build.

Specs get argued over for weeks because nobody can see the thing. A prototype ends the argument in an afternoon — and it’s now cheap enough to build one before committing to anything.

“We’ve been speccing this for three months.”

Nobody can picture it, so everyone defends their own version. Build the smallest working thing and the conversation changes.

“We need to show investors something real.”

Slides describe. A working prototype demonstrates. The difference in a room is not subtle.

“Engineering says it’ll take two quarters.”

It might. But you should find out whether anyone wants it before you spend two quarters proving they don’t.

“We don’t know if users will get it.”

Put it in front of five of them for an hour. That’s the whole point of building it fast.
What you get

Working prototype

Deployed, on a URL, with a login.

Real data

Seeded so it behaves like the real thing.

Core flows

The two or three that decide the product.

Design system

Enough to look like a product, not a demo.

User test

Five sessions, recorded, with findings.

Source code

Yours, in your repo, documented.

Build notes

What we faked, and what it would take to make real.

Scoping estimate

What a production build actually costs.

Next-step call

Build it, park it, or kill it — honestly.
How it runs

Ten days.

Start to demo.

Fixed price, fixed window. If it takes longer than ten working days we’ve scoped it wrong, and that’s our problem rather than a change order.
01

Frame

One session: what the product does and who decides it works.
02

Sketch

Flows and screens, agreed in a day, not a fortnight.
03

Build

AI-assisted, deployed daily so you watch it appear.
04

Test

Five users, one hour each, recorded.
05

Decide

Findings, honest estimate, and a recommendation.
Who this is for

A good fit if

✓ You need to see it before you fund it
✓ You’re raising and slides aren’t landing
✓ There’s an internal argument a demo would settle
✓ You want the code, not a locked platform

Probably not if

You need production-grade security and scale on day one
The requirements are fixed, signed and unarguable
You want a full product build — that’s a different engagement
Nobody on your side can give an hour a day for two weeks
What it costs

  • Code and build notes
02 · Prototype + product design

Prototype, then the real design.

From ₹4L

4–6 weeks · phased
  • Everything in the sprint
  • Full UX and UI system
  • Production-ready specification
03 · Build it for real

Carry it into production.

From ₹8L

Scoped after the sprint
  • Production web app build
  • Testing and deployment
  • Ongoing management
Questions people ask before they call
Some of it is throwaway, deliberately. The prototype exists to answer a question, not to run your business for five years. What you keep is the answer, the user findings and a realistic estimate — and the code, if it’s worth keeping. We’ll tell you which.
Sometimes, for internal tools with a handful of users. For anything customer-facing, treat it as a very detailed specification rather than a foundation. We’re explicit in the build notes about what was faked.
Whatever gets there fastest and hands over cleanly — usually React with a hosted backend. If you have a stack your team maintains, we’ll build in that instead so the code has somewhere to live.
You do, pushed to your repository, from day one.
Then it cost you ₹1.5 lakh and ten days to learn that, instead of two quarters and an engineering team. That’s a good outcome, and we’ll say so plainly.
We focus on Google — Search, Shopping and PMax — because that’s where intent lives and where we’re genuinely strong. For paid social we’ll happily recommend people we trust.
