Sound familiar?
Most UX problems are decisions
nobody made.
Not bad taste — ambiguity. Nobody decided what the product is for, so every screen tries to serve everyone, and the person using it has to work out what matters.
“Users keep asking support the same question.”
Your support inbox is the cheapest usability study you’ll ever run. It usually points at one screen.
“Everyone has an opinion and nobody has data.”
Five users, one hour each. Opinions get much quieter after the recordings.
“The product does everything and sells nothing.”
Feature parity with a competitor is not a proposition. Something has to be first.
“Onboarding drops people at step two.”
Almost always because step two asks for something you haven’t earned yet.

Questions people ask before they call
What’s the difference between UX and UI?
UX decides what the screens are and in what order; UI decides what they look like. We do both, in that order, and the first one is where the money is saved.
How many users do you need to test with?
Five to eight per round finds the large majority of usability problems. Beyond that you get diminishing returns — better to fix what you found and test again.
We don’t have users yet. Can you still help?
Yes, with proxy research: people in the same role at similar companies, plus competitive analysis. It’s weaker than real users, and we’ll say so, but it’s much better than guessing.
Do you work in Figma?
Yes, and we hand over a documented file with components, states and edge cases — not eighty loose frames your developer has to interpret.
Can you build it too?
Yes. Web app development and management is a separate service, and plenty of clients take the design and give it to their own team instead. Both are fine.
Can you do Meta and LinkedIn too?
We focus on Google — Search, Shopping and PMax — because that’s where intent lives and where we’re genuinely strong. For paid social we’ll happily recommend people we trust.
